Canada’s largest spirits fair will be back in 2023, which is great news.
sparkling wine, whiskey & gastronomy will be installed at the Capitale-Nationale on February 3rd and 4th, with a gastronomic component that is new, hence the addition to the name of the event!
The event, presented by Passpartout Bonne-Chère and Ovedialso partner of Carnival in Quebectakes place at Terminal Quai 30 in the Port of Quebec.
During the November presale, more than 75% of the tickets were sold, which is no less than a record for the event!
It should also be noted that a $30 plus tax gastronomic pass (worth $75) is available that supports local restaurants.
This pass entitles you to:
- 9 gourmet bites;
- 1 non-alcoholic cocktail signed Monsieur Cocktail;
- 1 $25 promotional card valid February 5 through May 31 at multiple downtown Quebec restaurants.
- The appetizers are prepared by the restaurants and caterers Le Clan, Orygine, Madame Phan, Chez Don, Le Bangard, BULLE bistro d’altitude, À table par Torii Izakaya, Ophelia and les Macarons de Sophie. Each bite contains an alcoholic product donated by the exhibitors.

That’s not all, the Bulles, Whiskey & Gastronomy event offers an extension through restaurants in downtown Quebec from February 5th to 12th.
Note that Bulles & Whiskey was founded in 2015 and the main objective is to give appointments to discover, taste and share, thus becoming unforgettable moments.
On site, people can discover more than 300 products and tasting dishes from the 70 exhibitors/restaurants on site. 200 professionals are also on site to interact with the participants. The atmosphere is almost festive thanks to the DJs and bands on site.
