Britney Spears’ ex-husband Jason Alexander has been convicted of trespassing and assault after he crashed her wedding to Sam Asghari and punched a security guard.

Alexander, 40, filed a non-appeal against the charges in Ventura County, California yesterday, a week after appearing disheveled at a pretrial hearing.

He faces up to five years in prison.

Spears’ first husband filmed himself armed with a knife and dressed in white prison jumpsuits crashing the pop star’s fairytale wedding.

He was initially charged with stalking, refusing to leave private property, vandalism and battery.

Spears, 40, and Alexander – who lives in Spears’ native Tennessee – married 18 years ago in Las Vegas but the marriage was annulled after just 55 hours.

Cops said he gained access to the private ceremony – whose high-profile guest list included Paris Hilton, Selena Gomez, Madonna and Drew Barrymore – by scaling a fence into the exclusive gated community where Spears’ home is located.

He then climbed down a rocky slope to get onto the singer’s 20-acre property.

As he walked toward Spears’ 12,464-square-foot Italian-style mansion while recording it with his cellphone camera, he yelled, “I’m Jason Alexander. The first husband. I’m here to crash the wedding.’

Then he entered the wedding tent, where the wedding was soon to take place, and exclaimed: “She is my first wife, she is my only wife.”

After struggling with Britney’s security guards, he was wrestled to the ground and later arrested – an altercation which one guest was able to capture on his own cell phone camera.

Following the attack, Spears was granted a restraining order against her former boyfriend after she and Asghari told police Alexander was carrying a knife when he was arrested.

One of Britney’s security team also said Alexander attempted “several times” to open the singer’s locked bedroom door on the mansion’s second floor, with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department later confiscating a carpet cutter and other belongings from Jason.

One of the security guards involved in the incident was also granted a restraining order against Alexander.

After his arrest, a judge ordered that he not “contact, harass, harass” Spears and her new husband, a personal trainer from Iran, and not come within 100 yards of them for the next three years.

He was jailed on $100,000 bail.
