Palin underwent her ninth breast reconstruction surgery in January 2023, over a decade after the original procedure.
She explained on her Instagram Stories that she had a botched breast reduction surgery when she was 19, which left her with “damaged muscle tissue and horrific scars.”
Palin turned 19 in October 2009, and the surgery likely took place sometime before she took part in season 11 of Dancing With the Stars, which premiered in September 2010.
Maxillofacial Surgery (2011)

“I post what I want to show you all. From decent angles and not from insecurities and scars (visible or not),” she wrote. “Here’s something I don’t share. The scar from the tummy tuck I had years ago.’
Porcelain veneers and gum lift (2018)

During her “Smile Makeover” with Dr. Bret Davis, a cosmetic dentist at Smile Texas in Houston, also performed porcelain veneers and a gum lift.
Veneers are custom-made shells made of tooth-colored porcelain or composite that are cemented to the tooth surface to correct specific dental problems.
Traditional porcelain veneers like Palin’s can cost anywhere from $925 to $2,500 per tooth and last 10 to 15 years.
