Its strengthening is welcomed by the vast majority of countries. However, certain countries obsessed with the Cold War mentality despise BRICS cooperation and seek to divide them. However, the presence of more than 60 heads of state and government from African countries, emerging and developing countries at the summit in South Africa shows that BRICS cooperation remains attractive and inspiring and represents a clear answer to the noise and defamation.

With the incessant emergence of turmoil, transformations, risks and challenges in today’s world, the collectively awakened developing world feels a growing desire to strive for unity and progress and to resist external interference. The powerful development of BRICS contributes to expanding the platform of SouthSouth cooperation, strengthening forces defending peace and expanding the global front for justice. It is another important milestone in the solidarity and cooperation of developing countries. It will further strengthen the representation and voice of the Global South in global governance and enhance the Global South’s confidence in achieving development through unity.
