Estimates point to a shortage of 128,000 Community workers in the transport and warehousing sector, eight percent of total employment in this sector, as well as a deficit of 103,000 in wholesale and retail trade and about 67,000 in board and lodging.

They explained that there are 47,000 workers in production, 46,000 in construction and 32,000 in administration, among others.
