Actor Brad Pitt has been reported to the FBI for physical and verbal aggression by actress Angelina Jolie, his exwife. The situation would have happened on a plane in 2016 when the family was traveling from France to the United States.
After speculation, it was revealed by Variety that the actress would be in charge of the action.
According to the magazine, a new report from the case indicates that Jolie told an FBI agent that Pitt “physically and verbally assaulted” her. The couple’s children are also said to have experienced violence during the fight.
According to the report, the actor pulled his then wife to the back of the plane, grabbed her by the shoulders and yelled, “You’re fucking this family.”
The actress said she was the victim of physical aggression, which resulted in some injuries. The actor would have thrown beer at her anyway. Brad Pitt’s team has denied all allegations.
The lawsuit is brought under the Freedom of Information Act. Jolie would seek information “regarding the agency’s investigation into an incident of domestic violence that occurred several years ago and in which the perpetrator and his minor children were victims and witnesses.”
The FBI agent who heard Angelina met with an assistant attorney and the two concluded that they would not pursue criminal charges. Jolie then directed the Freedom of Information Act suit against the FBI to obtain the documents from the investigation into her exhusband.
