The cast of Blue Beetle has Xolo Mariduena starring Brazilian Jaime Reyes Bruna Marquezine as Jenny, the protagonist’s love interest, Suzanne Sarandon like Victoria Kord, George Lopez (The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl) as Uncle Rudy, Adriana Baraza (Rambo: Until the end, Babel) as the hero’s grandmother, Elpidia Carillo (The Predator) as Rocio and Damian Alcazar (The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian) as Albert.
Angel Manuel Soto will direct Besouro Azul based on a screenplay by the Mexican author Gareth DunnetAlcocer, who wrote the Scarface remake. Blue Beetle set to debut August 18, 2023.
