The singer claimed these incidents caused her “significant fear, anxiety and emotional distress,” so much so that she no longer feels safe visiting her parents’ home.

Police were called to Eilish’s parents’ home in Highland Park around 9:15am on January 5 to respond to a call that someone was trying to scale the fence to get onto the property.

The masked intruder was reportedly dressed all in black and was seen lurking in the backyard.

The property’s house sitter, who was not there during the burglary, received a notification showing the man, which led to the sitter calling the police.

The suspect was arrested a block from the home during a search of the area.

Authorities assumed nothing was stolen from the house, which belongs to the singer’s entire family.
