Big Brother star Lateysha Grace reveals her baby, 10 months, was taken to hospital and put on oxygen in a scary ordeal
Big Brother star Lateysha Grace has taken her daughter Layke to the hospital.
The reality star, 30, took to social media on Wednesday to tell her fans that her baby daughter, 10 months, had fallen ill a week earlier but had worsened and spent three days in hospital after being with oxygen had been supplied.
Lateysha said: “Thanks for all the messages guys! Layke has been ill for over a week now but it got pretty bad so we went to the hospital and have been here for 3 days.

“I think we’re going home today but have to come back in a few days to get her antibiotics through her cannula and get some test results back and move on from there.
Ps if you think something is wrong with your baby please act on it, don’t worry about being “too much” or “annoying”.
“Remember we know her better than anyone and we know when something is wrong. Thanks again for the well wishes and prayers, it means a lot to me xx.’
Lateysha, who appeared on Big Brother in 2016, had a tough time with her daughter, who was born premature at just 34 weeks.

During her pregnancy, she was diagnosed with preeclampsia.
Preeclampsia is a condition that affects some pregnant women, usually during the second half of pregnancy (starting at 20 weeks) or shortly after the birth of their baby.
Early signs of preeclampsia are high blood pressure (hypertension) and protein in the urine (proteinuria).
Lateysha is also the mother of a daughter named Wynter from her relationship with her ex Ben Charles.

She has kept the identities of her current boyfriend and Layke’s father under wraps.
Back in March, Lateysha revealed her grief after having to leave her baby in the NICU after birth.
But she was soon able to take her baby home with her, writing: “What a roller coaster ride this has been, thank you so much to everyone who sent messages of support throughout the experience! You honestly don’t understand how much it has helped me.
“And thanks to the nicu staff, they were absolutely fantastic. I look forward to this next chapter with my little fighter.’
