A major outage at Bell has left many Quebec and Ontario residents unable to work since Friday.
The outage is believed to be due to extreme weather conditions in both provinces, the telecom company said in a Twitter post.
The company wanted to take stock on Saturday morning on social networks. “We are working to restore services as soon as possible once weather conditions improve,” Bell technical support said in a tweet.
“[Bell Soutien] 15 hours outage without internet. It’s worse than hydropower…” said one Twitter user.
Note that this outage also affects Virgin subscribers who use the same lines as Bell.
