The couple have been house hunting together for the past few months and during their Deal for a $55 million Bel Air mansion flunked in April, Ben seems ready to say goodbye to his former home – and with a huge profit.

The Good Will Hunting star bought the property for $19 million after his divorce from Jennifer Garner in 2018. Located just a mile from where his ex-wife lives with their three children – Violet, Seraphina and Samuel – it has 13,500 square feet of living spacewith everything from an air-conditioned wine cellar and gym to a wellness room and home cinema.

In the garden, on the other hand, there is a spacious lawn, a swimming pool with a slide, an outdoor kitchen and a guest house by the pool with its own kitchenette and bathroom.

Ben has now put the home up for sale for $30 million, potentially earning him an impressive $11 million profit when he bought it.

Both Ben and Jennifer have their own massive real estate portfolios, and it’s not clear if they intend to sell more of their individual properties once they move in together, or maintain their investments elsewhere.

Jennifer’s homes alone are worth an estimated $97 million a $32.5 million waterfront retreat on Miami’s Star Island and a $1.4 million Encino cottage she bought with her former fiancé Alex Rodriguez.

The 53-year-old also owns homes in the Hamptons and New York, as well as a family home in Bel-Air that she bought in 2016 and shares with her twins, Max and Emme.

Ben, meanwhile, has an estate on Hampton Island Preserve in Georgia, which he bought back when he and Jennifer first started dating in 2003.
