Before and After: Chay Suede Says He Gained 30 Pounds With Weight Training

Chay Suede has embraced a fitness routine at the gym. The actor opened up a question box on Instagram Stories to interact with his followers and talked about this fitness life, among other things. He even revealed he gained 30 pounds and showed off his physique before the workout.

The photo was shared after a netizen asked how many pounds he weighed before the project began. In the picture, Chay appears with less muscle mass and replied that he weighs 65 kilos. Shortly thereafter, another follower wanted to know the result of the bodybuilding. The artist replied that he currently weighs between 80 and 82 kilos.

Another fan asked if he always worked out. “I was much more sedentary than active. I didn’t exercise at all until I was twentyfive. I didn’t know what I was missing,” he said.

In other stories, he spoke about lower limb training: “Sometimes I neglect it a bit, but I train,” he pointed out. Suede also spoke about some of the styles of music. I like pissers a lot. I like forró too, but I’m addicted to piseiro”.

So far, the cast has only externally taped the scenes of the storyline that will replace Pantanal on TV Globo’s 9 p.m. program.
