Ashton Kutcher said he was surprised when his nipples started bleeding during a 17-mile marathon training run Thursday night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! In the ABC.
The 44-year-old actor, who was wearing jeans and an open button-down shirt and sneakers, told guest presenter David Alan Grier, 66, that he was preparing to run the New York Marathon when this happened.
“I had bloody nipples,” Ashton said. “I’m like what’s happening right now. My legs were fine but my nipples burned.”

Amusingly, David presented the Dude Where’s My Car actor with a set of gold nipple tassels for future use.
As for why he took on such a fitness challenge, Ashton told the host that he was running his first marathon to support his Thorn charity, which fights against child sexual exploitation.
Ashton said he was training for the race on his Peloton treadmill when he decided to ask Peloton if he could turn the workout into a show to keep him motivated.
“I was like, ‘Hey, what if we do a show in my basement where I invite friends to run with me and we bring a peloton instructor and I interview people while we run,'” Ashton said.

“We shot and we shot like 10 episodes of this show with Natalie Portman, Kenny Chesney and just friends Chris Paul who stopped by.”
David spoke of going to Costa Rica with Ashton years ago to open a casino.
“I’m not even sure if it was a legit casino, but they threw us off,” Ashton said.
Ashton said he was nervous about getting on the show when he heard David was hosting.
“I thought that’s the night I get canceled,” Ashton said. “Here’s why, we used to hang out in front of TMZ and the things that happened.”

“I was really lucky, very early on,” said Ashton. “I’ve been investing for the last ten, more than ten years, I started investing in startups and it’s going very well.”
Ashton said he just got excited about investing when he wasn’t excited about going to work every day as an actor.
“I started this investing stuff and we built a company,” Ashton said. “We have a company called Sound Ventures and we invest in a lot of early-stage startups.”

Ashton said he made early investments in AirBnb, Uber, Spotify, Robinhood and a number of others. Ashton said he now finds it funny that actors publicly announce when they’ve decided to take a break from the storyline.
“You only have to call one person,” Ashton said. “You must call your agent.”
David said that Ashton is now married to Mita Kunis and they have two children.
“I have the best wife,” Ashton said.
David said he didn’t know if Mila was his best wife and asked him if she really made him give up his ticket for Virgin Galactic’s planned space flight.
“I was supposed to be on Virgin Galactic’s first flight,” Ashton said. “I bought a ticket for it. I had a ticket. But then we had kids and she said, “Do you want to be on the first flight or on the 50th flight?”
Nervous: Ashton said he was nervous about getting on the show when he heard David was hosting
“I thought that’s the night I get canceled,” Ashton said. “Here’s why, we used to hang out in front of TMZ and the things that happened”
Ashton said Mita has solid logic.
“Yes, she made me give it up,” Ashton said.
David then played a clip of Ashton from his new film Vengeance written by BJ Novak. Ashton said it was one of the best screenplays he’s read in a decade.
“It’s about a New York podcaster who goes to Southwest Texas to basically prove to everyone how stupid they are,” Ashton said. “He’s getting a lesson along the way.”
David asked him about his “porn stash” in the film.
“My wife had to deal with it and it was fun,” Ashton said. “We’ve been together for seven years, and when I brought the mustache home, I was like, ‘Oh, that’s a different guy.’

David also pointed out that Mila, who was born in Ukraine, raised a lot of money for Ukraine.
“We met President Zelenskyy when Trump withheld capital from them,” Ashton said. “We knew about this incident before it became public knowledge. I thought that was crazy. He is blackmailing another country.”
Ashton said they became friends with Zelenskyy.
“When this whole thing started, we thought we had to do something,” Ashton said. “We raised over $30 million to help.”
