The couple enjoyed a much-needed break before Ashley returns to her role as showbiz correspondent on Heart and Janette prepares to host It Takes Two when Strictly’s new series launches next month.
Ashley previously explained how she works hard in the gym to stay in shape and uses exercise for both her mental health and physical well-being.
In a recent interview with Coach magazine, she said, “I love exercise; It’s not just for my physical health, it’s also for my mental health, so it’s very important to me.

“Some people don’t think of dancers as athletes, but that’s rubbish. All-day studio sessions are hardcore full-body workouts.
“I’ve done ballet, tap, modern and lyrical – all different styles that tested my fitness and worked my muscles in different ways.”
Ashley moved to London from Los Angeles nine years ago after the Pussycat Dolls went on hiatus in 2010.
She said in an interview with Mail on Sunday’s You magazine in 2019: “If someone had told me 10 years ago that this would be my home and I would drink tea and say British things like loo and rubbish, I would have was like, ‘No way!”
Ashley shared how she realized Britain was home after her beloved father Pat passed away in March 2018.
She said: “My father’s death showed me how many amazing friends I have over here who tried to lift me up.
‘But I was like, ‘Why am I trying to fight this LA-London thing when everyone here is so supportive?’
It comes after it was revealed Strictly Come Dancing will have its largest professional dancer lineup in history when it returns for its 20th series this fall.
Four new pro dancers have joined the line-up, meaning a total of 20 professionals are ready to bring their skills to the BBC show’s dance floor later this year.
The four new world-class dancers who complete this year’s professional troupe are European Cup winner Vito Coppola, China national champion Carlos Gu, former British U21 national champion Lauren Oakley and Latin dance champion Michelle Tsiakkas.
They join the professional dancers already announced for the upcoming series: Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Graziano Di Prima, Amy Dowden, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Cameron Lombard, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Giovanni Pernice, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Kai Widdrington, and Nancy Xu.
Show favorites Alijaz Skorjanec and Oti Mabuse both left Strictly Come Dancing earlier this year.
Not every pro dancer is paired with a celebrity, as four traditionally only appear in the pro routines.
Vito Coppola said of his new role: “I am very happy to be part of this family. I can’t wait to start this new adventure and challenge myself. Strictly sto arrivando! (or: Strictly speaking, I’m coming!)’
Carlos Gu added, “I’m thrilled to join Strictly and very excited to get started. It is a new chapter in my life and also a new challenge. I am absolutely ready to embark on this journey and shine.”
Former British Under-21 champion Lauren Oakley gushed: “I grew up on Strictly always hoping that one day I could be part of the best show on TV doing what I love most.”
“Now that it’s happening, it doesn’t seem entirely real. I can’t wait to embark on this new sequined adventure and be a part of this incredible family.”
