Paris’ most recent marriage proposal before finding love with Carter was to HBO actor Chris Zylka. The couple started dating in 2017, and just a year later, in January 2018, he went on a ski trip to Aspen, Colorado. Paris said of their romance at the time: “My best friend and soulmate. Perfect for me in every way.” They would split a few months later.

Thomas Gross- 2016
Simple Life star and businessman Thomas Gross – who is worth over $200 million – dated for a year before splitting in April 2016. The couple met at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival and reportedly hit it off immediately. She called him her “soulmate” in an Instagram caption at the time and even took him as her date to sister Nicky Hilton’s wedding, but it wasn’t to be.
River Viiperi – 2012 – 2014

Paris was linked to Afrojack in 2012. Her reps denied reports that she had been dumped by the DJ, instead insisting they were “best friends” and “love each other very much and support each other.”
Cy Waits – 2010-2011
The reality star dated nightclub organizer Cy Waits for almost a year before they split in June 2011. Things went downhill for the couple when they were arrested in Las Vegas, and Cy was arrested for drunk driving. He ended up losing his job managing nightclub operations for Wynn and Encore in Vegas.

Paris almost married her namesake, Paris Kassidokostas-Latsis, a Greek socialite and shipping heiress. They began dating in December 2004 and were engaged just eight months later. But the couple had called things off by September next year. She had famously complained that her 24-carat diamond – reportedly worth $4.7 million – was too heavy on her finger.

Socialite and Backstreet Boys singer Nick was a couple for seven months before finally splitting in July 2004.
