The Paraíba judiciary made the decision to refer the lawsuit against Antonia Fontenelle, who was responsible for prejudice against Paraíba, to the state of Rio de Janeiro after stating that she could not judge the influencer. Upon receipt, the judiciary will analyze the case and from that point on decide whether to accept the complaint.

In the 2021 recording, the famous cites the case of DJ Ivis assaulting his exwife Pamela Hollanda. “These people from Paraíba are a bit successful and they think they can do anything. Tomorrow I will contact the Ceará authorities to find out why this moron was not arrested,” he began.

The term used to refer to people from Paraíba was considered prejudice. At the time she said: “They have joined forces to accuse me of xenophobia now. Again? Don’t glue! They have already tried to accuse me of xenophobia because I said: ‘These people from Paraíba think that if they start earning a little money they can do anything,’ he explained.
