In fact, there were a few complaints about the AEW patron almost simultaneously: from too much noise in the headphones, leading to him being even worse defined than Vince McMahon, to being the king of last-minute changes. On top of all this is unprofessional behavior backstage, and for that it has come under rigorous scrutiny.
Ringside News exclusively reported that the conduct of Tony Khan Backstage has deteriorated in recent months. There was even a falling out with a senior member of the backstage team who stopped because of the actions of the AEW president, who had to go after that person and ask them to stay, promising to soften his behavior beyond the allowable limits. After the report of the well-known portal about the unprofessional behavior of Tony Khanthere are other not-so-reassuring details: Apparently, the atmosphere backstage is “chaotic” and things are “worse than normal lately”.

khan He has promoted a few people within the company to help him manage the workload so he isn’t as stressed. Hopefully that helps, but it’s never fair to berate and yell at someone, as stressful as live TV work can be.
