Sizemore suffered the aneurysm around 2 a.m. Saturday at his home in Los Angeles. He was hospitalized in intensive care, said his manager Charles Lago, and the evolution of his condition remains uncertain at the moment.

The 61-year-old actor has appeared in films such as Saving Private Ryan, Heat and Black Hawk Down, among others. He also had drug addiction problems and run-ins with law enforcement throughout his life.

Sizemore was convicted of domestic violence against his girlfriend Heidi Fleiss in 2003. He also did not deny using methamphetamine outside of a motel in 2006.

Three years later, the producer was arrested in Los Angeles for allegedly assaulting an ex-spouse and again in 2011 for the same crime.

In 2018, a then 26-year-old actress filed a lawsuit against Tom Sizemore, alleging that he abused her at the age of 11 during the production of the film Born Killers. The actor denied the charges and the lawsuit was later dismissed.
