Aaron Paul confirms he’s leaving the role of Jesse Pinkman

Following the series Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul and the feature film El Camino, Aaron Paul has announced that his journey as Jesse Pinkman is over.

‎”Jesse Pinkman will always hold a special place in my heart, but I can confidently say that ‎Better Call Saul‎‎ was the last we saw of him. So it was a nice farewell.”

told the The Hollywood Reporter.‎.‎

“I had the chance to see so many familiar faces on the show. A lot of the people we shot for the Breaking Bad pilot were still part of the creative team. Of course, I also had the opportunity to work with them on ‎‎El‎‎ ‎‎Camino. It was really cool going back to what seemed like the “easiest” time in our characters’ lives.”

Recall that Saul Goodman made his first appearance in a Season 2 episode of Breaking Bad called Better Call Saul.

This time, Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul) appear in the third to last episode of the spinoff titled Breaking Bad.
