A 57-year-old man has been accused of attempting to kill a young girl while hiring a hitman in the United States, True Crime Daily reported.
Between May and November 2021, Armando Conceicao reportedly contacted another person known as “Individual 1” to ask him to kill the 13-year-old girl.
The two met in May 2021 in New Jersey, where Mr. Conceicao would have given him the address and photo of the girl who lives in Texas.
Subsequently, Armando Conceicao would have paid the person so he could travel to the state where the teenager resides. “Individual 1” would have had a week, the time to photograph the house and the car of the girl’s father.
Upon his return, Mr. Conceicao reportedly encouraged him to go ahead with their plan.
In November, the two meet again to discuss their plans.
“Individual 1” allegedly told Armando Conceicao that he knew a “guy” who could trade for as little as “$15 or $10 and the problem would be solved,” court filings read.
Conceicao would have accepted. When they met, “Individual 1” reportedly said to him, “If we kill a little girl, she’s only human.”
The bond between the 57-year-old man and the young girl is still unclear.
If convicted, Armando Conceicao faces 10 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
