50 Cent has opened up about the time Beyonce stepped in “ready” to defend her husband Jay-Z after the two rap icons started talking in Las Vegas.
During an appearance at The Breakfast Club, 50 revealed Beyonce “jumped” off a windowsill after the former rivals started chatting.
50 Cent claimed he only saluted the Empire State Of Mind hitmaker when Beyonce chimed in.

‘I was like, “Oh s**t!” I didn’t really know what to do. It was one of those situations where you’re like, “Whoa!” … When you say that to Jay, he looks at you and says, “Nah, that happened.”
“She jumped down. She lay as if on a window sill. It was in Vegas… She jumped off… and I said, “Wait, what are you doing?” These are mine and Jay-Z’s stuff, this has nothing to do with you girl.”
“I’ll talk to Jay,” he clarified. “As soon as I spoke to Jay she jumped off and came over and I was like ‘oh shit.’ Look at that.’
“You’re lucky Solange wasn’t there,” commented host Charlamagne tha God, addressing Solange’s infamous confrontation with Jay-Z in the elevator.

“If Solange had been there I would have had to restart,” said 50. “Solange, she burst into that elevator like nothing happened. With some gangster s*** going on. Jay couldn’t do anything, huh?’
“She came out like she was ready,” added 50 when asked if Beyonce had said anything. “As if something would happen. And I’m like, “yo, whoa, whoa, whoa.”
“She’s throwing me off now because I don’t know exactly how to react now. You’re still Beyonce, you know she brought all the sexy with that energy jumping off,” he said.
To be polite, 50 Cent claimed he simply told Jay what was going on when Beyonce approached her
“I see all this shit and she’s like, ‘What kind of gangster is this? And I’m like, wait, what happened? I like Jay, he walks,” he said before bursting into laughter. ‘No, he will tell you.’

Meanwhile, Beyonce recently released her latest album, Renaissance. It is her seventh studio album, her first since her hit 2016 album Lemonade. It is also the first in a trilogy of albums.
Renaissance debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 albums chart, marking the best-selling week by a female artist that year and second best-selling of the year. Renaissance sold 332,000 equivalent album units in the week ended August 4, Billboard reported, citing statistics from Luminate.
The album also receives rave reviews as it has a 92 percent on Metascore on the review aggregator Metacritic after 24 reviews of the album.
