‘I was like, “Oh s**t!” I didn’t really know what to do. It was one of those situations where you’re like, “Whoa!” … When you say that to Jay, he looks at you and says, “Nah, that happened.”

“She jumped down. She lay as if on a window sill. It was in Vegas… She jumped off… and I said, “Wait, what are you doing?” These are mine and Jay-Z’s stuff, this has nothing to do with you girl.”

“I’ll talk to Jay,” he clarified. “As soon as I spoke to Jay she jumped off and came over and I was like ‘oh shit.’ Look at that.’

“You’re lucky Solange wasn’t there,” commented host Charlamagne tha God, addressing Solange’s infamous confrontation with Jay-Z in the elevator.

“If Solange had been there I would have had to restart,” said 50. “Solange, she burst into that elevator like nothing happened. With some gangster s*** going on. Jay couldn’t do anything, huh?’

“She came out like she was ready,” added 50 when asked if Beyonce had said anything. “As if something would happen. And I’m like, “yo, whoa, whoa, whoa.”

“She’s throwing me off now because I don’t know exactly how to react now. You’re still Beyonce, you know she brought all the sexy with that energy jumping off,” he said.

‘Once [Beyoncé] jumped off a ledge and came running because she thought me and Jay were having troubles,” he said during an interview on Power 105.1 in 2014.

“And I was like, ‘What the hell? Did she really just jump up and run towards me like that?’ We stayed at the Cosmopolitan. She jumped out and was like, “What?! That Bonnie and Clyde really! Are you trying this or what boy?! I’m here!” She snapped at me. I looked and Jay starts laughing. He says, “Yo, you know what it is.” I said, “Oh shit! What the fuck are you up to, man?” Bey jumped off that joint and was like, ‘What?! Whatup?!'”

Cosmopolitan reported at the time that 50 was merely trying to introduce Jay to his friend, boxer Floyd Mayweather, and had no issues with him.
