Former LA Lakers star Lamar Odom opens up about new revelations about his marriage to Khloe Kardashian… and their implosion.
TMZ Presents: Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians, which aired Monday night on Fox — and premiered Tuesday on Hulu — delves into the rise and fall of the former athlete and reality star. Odom, 43, married Kardashian, 38, just a month after they met and were married from 2009 to 2016.
During this time, Odom appeared on Keeping Up with the Kardashians and starred on the short-lived spin-off show Khloe & Lamar (2011-2012). He was hospitalized and placed on life support after a near-fatal overdose in 2015, and despite their split, Kardashian and her family rushed to his side. Here are the four biggest revelations from the TMZ special.

About cheating on Khloe
Odom discusses that although Kardashian was his wife, cocaine was “his girlfriend.” He also expressed how he was “embarrassed” by his infidelity. When asked if Kardashian was aware he was on drugs, Odom admitted, “For part of our marriage, I had to tell her. You can’t hide that. she was hurt But Khloe was a good wife. She wasn’t dismissive or “get away from me” or ugly and mean. She… wanted to protect me. I screwed her up behind the scenes.
“I’ve had these random women coming out … I’ve had full blown relationships on the street, and my wife is Khloe Kardashian. It sucks. I laugh out of embarrassment.”

He shared an anecdote about a situation where he went to do drugs with another woman, whom he did not name. “I go so high on drugs that the woman picks up my phone and calls Khloe and says, ‘Girl, you have to come and get him,'” he said. During another incident where Kardashian caught him with another woman, he wondered how she found him. “She must have had someone follow me,” he said.

In August 2015, after Odom and Kardashian signed their divorce papers, Odom appeared outside of Soul Cycle, surprising Kardashian, and their confrontation made the news. According to Page Six, Odom urged Kardashian to speak to him and when she refused, he touched her arm and prompted her to yell, “Get off me, get off me.” Just. Stop.” A passer-by asked if she wanted the police called, to which Odom reportedly yelled, “You’re not calling the police Lamar Odom.”

However, according to Odom’s account, this situation was engineered by Kris Jenner.
“I’m a bit dazed, but as far as I can remember, [Kris] kinda made it possible for me to meet Khloe down in Soul Cycle,” he said. “I come down there and [Khloe] treated me like she didn’t know me which was a bit hurtful. And she makes some kind of scene, and then paparazzi came out of nowhere. That hurts me. And then it came out that I was trying to put my hands on her, or something like that. And then I’m really hurt and defensive. That’s where this incident happened.”
He claims Dennis Hof tried to kill him
In October 2015, Odom was hospitalized and placed on life support at The Love Ranch brothel in Nevada in 2015 after a near fatal overdose. While in a coma, he suffered twelve strokes and six heart attacks. Although he recovered and was diagnosed with an overdose, Odom claims he did not do any drugs that night. He claims that the then-owner of the brothel, Dennis Hof, who died in 2018, was responsible.
“I would remember if I had done cocaine that night. He tried to kill me,” he said, referring to Hof, who he didn’t meet when he visited Love Ranch.
When asked why Hof would have done that, Odom said, “I don’t know. That’s just what I could tell you. I went there, I didn’t do any drugs that night. I ended up with drugs in my system.”

He wants her back
When asked if Kardashian was the love of his life, Odom said, “I guess so… Out of all the other women I’ve been with, none of them made me feel safe enough.”
If she asked him for another chance, he would take the opportunity, he said. “‘I would be like, where, when?’ Of course I would. I’m not a loser and I feel like I lost. I’d like to take Khloe out to dinner. To be her friend.”

But he didn’t reach out for a friendly dinner because: “I’m too shy. And I’m a Scorpio and I hate being told no and being rejected. I’m afraid.”
Kardashian’s eventual partner, NBA player Tristan Thompson, also cheated on her. Of her bad luck with men who remain faithful, Odom said: “Hopefully the next man in her life will be much better off. Hopefully she learned from me and Tristan.”
